Hard money and private money loans are generally interest-only loans. As hard money lenders, the focus is mostly on collateral value and the fundamental value of the real estate. We are very creative and can move quickly.
Our hard money guidelines are very straightforward. We have no minimum credit score requirements, and will lend up to 65% loan to value, with some exceptions to 70% in select areas of California. We will lend in first, second and even third position so long as the structure and dollar amount of the loan stays within our loan to value guidelines.

We are California hard money lenders, but will also look at select commercial hard money transactions nationwide. Our minimum loan amount outside of California is $500,000, and we will only consider commercial or investment properties.
